The San Rafael was well reviewed as an all-rounder: comfortable on pavement, capable on gravel/hardpack, wide-range gearing, good hydraulic brakes and useful suspension. 

XL — Great fit for taller riders. Marin’s sizing information puts the XL at approximately 6’2”–6’6”, although fit obviously depends on proportions and preference.
