Miyata Ridge Runner vintage ATB complete mountain bike 22” frame 26” wheels Shimano XT 9 speed ultegra custom refurbished

A vintage Miyata RidgeRunner mountain bike with the resto- mod treatment. This frame is TIG welded and triple butted Miyata chromoly tubing with a matching wide clearance fork crown. 22" size (56cm), on a 26" wheelset. This will fit most humans from 5'8" to 6'1" with some wiggle room depending on femur/leg length, needed reach, and intended use. 

The drivetrain is upgraded to a Shimano Deore XT 9 speed group. The wheels are built with Sun CR18 silver rims and Ultegra 6800 hubs(!). NOS specialized Team Control tires are in excellent shape too. While not a fancy 1x gravel setup, it has a wider gear range with lower lows and higher highs. These wheels have some test ride miles on them, little to no wear on the brake track. Hub bearings are in new condition. Tires show no significant wear. 

Vintage Dia Compe canti brakes with new brake pads are set up for powerful stopping and modulation.   

Riser bar and stem, ergo saddle, cork black grips and VP pedals with traction spokes for a super comfy rider compartment. The Alloy rear rack is pannier ready too.
