gonn keep this one sweet and cheap. That said, this bike is packin a 3x8 drivetrain with an HG cassette hub and 26” wheels. The good parts are good and reliable out the gate. And there is room for fenders if you prefer. 
All consumables have been replaced: fresh cable and housing, new tubes, grips and brake pads. New shifters, pedals and chain are also included.  

You can rebuild it to a gravmanceur and still be ahead of the game. But why- it’s an early 1990s entry level ATB from ye ole bicycle brand turned corporate behemoth that swallowed up the OG and core innovators when they were on the ropes.
